As a child, Francisco Kaiut had a firearm accident that changed his life forever. He had, from that point on, a lot of chronic pain. Trying to figure out a way to get better, he embarked on a journey into the world of natural health. After years of studying different approaches, he used his knowledge of chiropractic, massage therapy and yoga to create a therapeutic yoga method that not only brought relief from his own pain, but that provides a powerful tool against the effects of modern life.

The practice applied in the classes is biomechanical, integrative and highly therapeutic, delivering real results to all body types. Each class is created with the intention of increasing freedom of movement and integration between mind and body, promoting joint stimuli that reconnect the brain and body and generating results so positive that they end up transforming the practice of yoga into something as usual as brushing your teeth.

It’s no secret that our use of the body and mind has changed a lot throughout the history of the human species. And one of Francisco’s great discoveries during more than 30 years of studies was that  the practice was increasingly distant from human beings because it did not consider social evolution. It was precisely this modern vision, focused on the body and mind of the human being who lives today, that he incorporated into the Kaiut Method.
